Baka and Test is a Japanese light novel series written by Kenji Inoue with illustrations by Yui Haga. The story centers around a boy named Akihisa Yoshii. He attends Fumizuki Academy, a school where the students are divided based on the results of their academic scores. Students are sorted by entrance exam test grades. The higher the grades, the higher the class, and the better the benefits.
