Why did you not answer my question? Did you not get my request?
We do not answer questions that are answered in the FAQ anymore - we'll simply link you here in a response email. We get 100% of the requests that you send in - VIA our inbox. We also do not answer questions if we've recently made announcements for the topic! If you request something that is out of our boundaries - stated on our request page - we will email you back denying your request.

Can you help me find this? Where did you get this? Can you teach me this?
I first want to start off by saying we are NOT a tutorial/resource site. We do not have to answer your 'help me' questions, and we do not provide help for everything cap/anime related. Please google or try solving your issue yourself. We are really busy and helping every single person with things that can be solved with google is tiring and unnerving. We have a few cap-related tutorials. Please do NOT send asks for anything that is not on here. Thank you!

Do I need to credit you?
Credit is super nice but not necessarily required. As long as you aren’t reposting the caps somewhere and claiming they’re your own, it’s all good. If you would like to in some way though, feel free! That way more people can find our site!

I want to join you guys, what do I need to do?
Since we are now two people running a website, we don't really need anyone else to help right now. We will let you know if we're hiring cappers, but this will most likely not be happening!

Where do you download your anime?
We use nyaa.si. If it's down or there are no good files, we simply google and find a different source.

This download isn't working! What do I do?
Before doing anything else, please wait it for a little while, and try to download the file again later. If this doesn’t work, the file may have been taken down for some reason. If this happens, please tell us through the contact form, so that we can replace broken downloads.

Why can't you upload the files in .zip format? How do I download and use the .doc files?
Lucky for you, now that we're site based and not working off of MediaFire, the .doc files are being replaced with .zip files. However, if you find a file that is still .doc, please follow these steps below:

🙣 Make sure you have show file extensions enabled, which you can do by opening your Control Panel
🙣 Click Folder Options, and then click View
🙣 Uncheck “Hide extensions for known file type”
🙣 Right click on the file, and click Rename
🙣 Erase .doc and replace it with .zip

Now the screencaps should be extractable. We also have a step by step with pictures here and another way here!

Will you be capping x show from the old blog/website?
All of the shows that are capped by Fantasy-Skies (Jess) or Juuviias (Samu) will be on the current site. If it is not on there, please check the old blog to see if it was capped by someone else. We are not updating other's files. If it is gone then it is gone. Going forward we will only be using this website.

The latest episode of -INSERT SHOW HERE- just aired! When will you get it up?
As a capper this is one of the rudest questions we get tbh, just so you know we hate getting this question A LOT. While we do try our hardest to get the latest caps up as soon as possible, real life happens and jobs, school, etc. get in the way. It’s normally easy enough to get them up within 24 hours, but if something’s going on then it might take a couple of days.

Also since we're site-based now, we plan on taking our time with getting caps up. So yes, this means you will most likely have to wait a bit before we get anything current or any larger series posted. We both have jobs outside of capping, so we don't have as much free time as you'd think!

Sorry, but no! You're welcome to upload them on your own site/blog, and we can link it on our off-site list if we create one! We do not take caps from other sources to post on our site. Our site only provides caps that Samu and I (Jess) have worked hard on!!
